LiveIntent is looking for a self-motivated candidate to be a part of our Agency and Brand Sales team as an Account Manager. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors playing a key part in client communication, sales planning, campaign setup and reporting for Liveintent’s customers. This individual will immerse themselves in Liveintent’s platform capabilities, ad inventory, audience demographics, and strategic approaches, building their knowledge and shaping the success of our clients. In the role of Account Manager, this individual will find themselves wearing many hats. They'll have the unique opportunity to liaise with various departments, applying their understanding of the media and adtech industries and campaign strategies. Excellent prioritization skills will be necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on Request for Proposal (RFP) brainstorming sessions, working closely with Sales Marketing and Sales Lead to create strategic media plans and engaging pitch decks with attention to detail and deadlines
Develop media plans with a budget under $75k, accompanied with marketing materials
Gather all necessary materials for client meetings, internal discussions, proactive outreaches, and client requests
Manage media plan entry into agency templates and ensure insertion orders (IOs) are meticulously checked and signed, coordinating any revisions with legal and tech teams
Facilitate client communication during the pre-sale process, working with the Sales team to relay feedback to internal stakeholders regarding media plan revisions, specifications, production timelines, benchmarks, required assets, etc.
Transition sold campaigns with precision to ensure nothing slips through, working closely with internal and external stakeholders for a seamless launch
Take lead on Kantar brand study surveys, staying updated on new information and capabilities, and disseminating this knowledge to the Sales team
Collaborate with Optimizers to ensure campaign success, including weekly pacing meetings for all accounts
Attend client meetings, lunches, dinners, and events alongside the Account Executive to build robust client relationships
Generate insightful wrap reports and campaign screenshots, in cooperation with Sales Marketing
Keep abreast of industry trends, selecting and sharing the most relevant articles with the Sales team on a weekly basis
Contribute actively to the development and understanding of ad product offerings, specifications, and operational capabilities
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, media planning, or a similar digital role
Knowledgeable about digital brand advertising and email marketing
Experience at a media publisher is a plus
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Analytical mindset that enjoys paying attention to the details
Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and Salesforce - or the eagerness to become skilled in these tools
Excellent research, oral and written communication skills, and proven history of following up in a timely manner
Adaptable, capable of managing shifting priorities and dealing with ambiguity effectively
Familiarity with GAM (DFP), DCM, Mediavisor, and other ad servers is advantageous
Sound understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem a plus

The base salary for this position begins at $60,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $75,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
