LiveIntent is looking for a Programmatic Media Partnerships Manager to join our Programmatic Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying incremental demand opportunities. You will be managing and growing existing DSP relationships while pursuing and building new relationships to drive revenue. Qualified new business will be incremental media (display or native) transacted on the Open Exchange or via Private Marketplace Deals by Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Media Trading Desks, Media Agencies or Direct Advertisers. You will be an integral part in LiveIntent’s growing programmatic business.
Lead and grow our partnerships with 3rd party DSPs in both Display & Native segments
Maintain and nurture existing DSP relationships while discovering new impactful ones
Ensure internal alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams for programmatic initiatives
Conduct and lead external meetings with DSPs, outlining essential actions and decisions
Organize client performance reviews and initiate calls with clients and the account teams
Manage daily DSP engagement and support
Provide feedback from the marketplace and convey DSP challenges to refine sales products and solutions based on LiveIntent's offerings to drive growth and meet OKRs
Collaborate across the LiveIntent ecosystem to foster new opportunities and optimize external communication tools, including sales collateral, demos, and case studies
Formulate a 2024 revenue strategy in collaboration with VPs to expand programmatic market share
Assist demand sales in activities like roadshows, pitches, and educational sessions with major brands and agencies
Represent and champion LiveIntent by showcasing its unique value proposition and platform capabilities
Contribute to product roadmap discussions, addressing DSP needs with the product & engineering teams
Leverage market intelligence to highlight and develop the company's unique selling points and differentiators in client-facing roles
5+ years of sales and hands on experience with DSP’s or 3rd party partnerships
Hands on experience with ad technologies, such as: Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, measurement vendors (e.g. fraud, viewability, etc.) and data providers
Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with C-level stakeholders both internally and externally
Data-Driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to guide multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible, self-starting attitude; able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization
We are remote-first with offices located in NYC, Berlin and Copenhagen to give team members places to come together and collaborate. These locations are open for those that would prefer to work from a company office location on a more frequent basis. You chose what works best for you.

The base salary for this position begins at $90,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $140,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
